The Alliance of Specialized Communications Providers (ASCP), a non profit corporation, is comprised of and represents Inmate Phone Companies that provide voice, data, video and prepaid services to correctional facilities in the U.S.A. as well as Public Payphone Service Providers, ATM’s & Air/Vac/Water machine providers.

Our Mission is to promote, regulate, provide legal representation and disseminate information on a state and federal level in relation to all issues concerning the public, correctional and specialized communications industry. The association will serve as a venue between its members, sponsors, Law Enforcement Agencies, government agencies and regulators of the Inmate Phone, Payphone, ATM & Air/Vac/Water machine providers. The association will support fair and equitable compensation for all calls, products and promote ethical billing and customer service operations by its members to the general public. The association will endeavor to preserve the general welfare and image of the specialized communications industry. The association will provide in depth training sessions for its members at its biannual conventions and trade shows.

The Membership of the ASCP is voluntary. It shall consist of Inmate & payphone service providers, ATM & Air/Vac/Water companies, corporate sponsors and vendors that sign an application for membership and agree to conform to the rules and regulations of the association. Members will be required to pay dues according to their classification.
