Inmate 101- Birmingham
This was the first training session. It is very general. At this time many OSP's were using new technology to allow payphone providers an easier transition into providing inmate telephone systems to correctional facilities. Due to the number of calls we were getting asking industry related questions and our concern for making sure new entrants were aware of the rules and regulations, we decided to adopt a “Preservation by Education” approach.
Inmate 101- Orlando
This session was shot months after the original and allowed us to input some updates and make a few minor changes.
Inmate Communications in General – Vegas
This session is a combination of 101 and some of 102. It contains more sales & marketing info than the 2 previous sessions.
Inmate 102 – Memphis
This session is more in depth than 101 and focuses more on sales & marketing, revenue projections, installation schedules, etc. There are also 2 guest speakers. Robert Comstock with ILD discusses the billing, collections, and bad debt aspects of the business. Robin Norton with TMI gives a presentation on regulatory issues and tariffing.
